Out of the many IDs we have visited, Gilbert was the first ID who took our budget seriously and worked his design around our budget. He offered many cost saving tips which helped to ease our wallet without compromising on the design aspect. Throughout our reno journey, Gilbert had managed the contractors well. Hiccups were minimal and the final work was pretty similar to our 3D design. The quality of work from his contractors was good and minor rectification was required to be done. Even after our key handover, Gilbert was swift in responding to our rectification request. We are glad to have Gilbert as our ID. He has been friendly and patient with our questions. Thank you Gilbert! Design The proposed design managed to incorporate all of our ideas, without bursting our budget. Workmanship The carpentry was really well done. As first time home owners, there were a few areas of the carpentry which we did not pay attention to or discuss with Gilbert. Fortunately, these areas were done well and no rectification work was needed. Service Gilbert has been friendly and patient with our never ending questions! Even after keys hand over, he was still prompt in settling some small rectification issues. Value for Money Yes. The quality of the work is really good and worth the money I have paid. My experience with my spouse started with a list of designers and contractors. As first-time house owners, we are definitely anxious about getting things right. Renotimes stood up amongst all with their reassurance that our house is in good hands. They clearly understood the designs that we had envisioned and we started the process smoothly. Every now and then, whenever we had enquiries or issues with the house, they didn't fail to explain to us & resolve each matter as soon as they can. Gilbert was very friendly and welcoming from the very get go. He was the 4th ID that we consulted and was the easiest to click with. During the first consult, he listened very attentively to our ideas and instantly knew the theme that we were going for. As we are a young couple, we were tight on our budget. But somehow, he managed to keep costs low. Something which we were very grateful for. Then comes the renovation period. He was extremely accommodating and patient with us. As we were first time house owners, there were many technical things that we did not understand. We often had to ask him many silly questions and he will always reply promptly. He would always make the effort to explained to us in simple layman terms and never once sounded angry/irritated with us. Though there were some minor hiccups along the way and delay in completion. Gilbert was the ID in charge of my house renovation. He was very helpful throughout the process, could very easily understand the requirements and was very responsive. I remember one time we got a delivery to our place but the movers could not put the items in the house because of ongoing floor works, they left it in the corridor. Gilbert actually moved all of it into the place himself after the floor works was done and the items was really heavy... that was unexpected and much appreciated. Of course there were some small hiccups and delays but it is to be expected with any renovation during the pandemic period. Thank you Gilbert for a job well done.

We would like to sincerely thank Gilbert for a wonderful job done for our house as it was a smooth sailing process from the start till the end. We started engaging Gilbert during CB, and although we were not able to meet in person, we managed to discuss it over Zoom sessions and text messages. But that did not make the process slower or unpleasant at all. Gilbert knew what we wanted for the house and made a lot of suggestions to make the house look better. He had an eye for details and rarely missed out on anything. He was also fast in responding which made the experience smoother for us first-time home owners. Me and my wife had our flat renovated lead by Gilbert's Team. We had at least 5 IDs for comparison and hands down, Gilbert had out stand everyone of them by a big margin. It was difficult during the pandemic to have people/labour in for works but he assured me otherwise. He would constantly send updates and picture to us and keeping us informed of what are the works going on currently. He even shared his contact of other suppliers such as Air condition, accesories and curtains for us to compare with our selection. Many suggestion provided by him throughout the reno made much sence to have instead of just the looks/design which was nice, it was rather more practical which was our end goal.
